Last Sunday we had our second concert of our series of benefit concerts at PSU's recital hall (which was graciously lent to us by Mr. Cheifetz). We want to thank everyone who came out to support us and the work that we do! We were lucky enough to have Mr. Donn Jones from PDX Friends of Refugees come to speak about the refugees here in our Portland community. Additionally, one of our musicians, Ashley Yoon, created a beautiful video about music and peace, focusing on our refugee students. Another special thanks to Ms. Carol Sindell and Ms. Sarah Kwak for coaching our musicians and to Mr. Charlie Crabtree and Hannah Wang for their guest performance! Enjoy some pictures below....
